Therapy

I have experience of working with issues such as; depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss, addictive behaviours, substance abuse, relationship issues, stress, trauma and self-esteem. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to,  Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness.

If you are in need of support, I will offer you time to explore difficult emotions, feelings and thoughts. I will lend an empathic listening ear and provide you with a caring, compassionate and safe space for you to get in touch with your authentic self.
